SHOCKING SHOCKING PLEASE READ AND DON'T SUPPORT

I took 3 jackets for dry cleaning and one pair of shoes for repairs on the 23rd July 2015 to Pressed in Time dry cleaners, St Bernard Street, Garsfontein) ... I collected the above items at 3pm on the 28th of July 2015... ..The cashier insisted I only submitted two jackets and my cream jacket was never handed in. I insisted to talk to the owner ... . After a very long struggle, the woman who originally helped dumped my expensive Queens Park jacket in front of me looking an utter mess!! She mentioned to me that it must still be pressed. I was extremely upset and shocked ... .my very expensive jacket never made the dry cleaners.... My jacket was hand washed by the store and shrank by two sizes! I refused to pay for the jacket and insisted to meet with the owner. What was absolutely shocking: the owner's son who is a school boy jumped out of the car and rushed over to me, lifted his hands indicating that he wants to punch me. He threatened me three times. Please take note he is physically much bigger than me! (the child has no right to interfere) ... My expensive Queens Park jacket is destroyed! It is utterly shocking and disgusting that the owner let her son intimidates clients! I
