Lost about 11 items. Owner was so rude when I tried to find out why it was not returned. So basically lost out on thousands of Rands worth of clothes and then no apology just screaming and rudeness from owner who is insisting he returned all.

01 May 2021, 04:41Paid him R450 for laundry and ironing 11 or so of which wasn't returned but lost and then had to deal with owner being extremely aggressive with me. Not how you treat customers let alone people. Was actually scary and had to block owner.
