Pressed in Time - Kwena Square Shopping Centre

I visited the business on 12 Aug to enquire if a blazer of mine could be dry-cleaned by 14 Aug. I distinctly informed the lady at the counter that i needed the clothing item for a Thursday(15th Aug) meeting and if this was impossible i would seek an alternate plan. Thandi assured me that it was no problem that i would have the blazer on time by end of day Wednesday. On 14 Aug at 16:00 i proceeded to collect the item and was informed that it would be available at 16:30 for collection as the store closes at 18:00 only and they await more deliveries to be done. At 16:40 i called in to establish if my blazer was ready for collection i was simply told that it would only be delivered on 15 Aug or they could send me the factory's "PIN Location" where i could collect it myself at 8am on 15 Aug. I find the service and misinformation received very disappointing and may never use the business services ever again.
