Pressed in Time - Hobart centre - avoid like the plague. Disgusting customer service

Wish there was a minus 1 star rating. Worst service ever at Pressed in Time - Hobart Centre. I took a shirt in to get an extra button hole added. The shirt was "lost" for 6 weeks, and when it was eventually returned it had been tailored and was too small. At no stage did I request tailoring of any sort. The owner - Fran - then offered to pay me 50% for a shirt that no longer fitted. When I told her that was unacceptable she ignored all my future calls. I tried to call Head office and was told Lerato dealt with the various branches. I left 3 messages before she called me back. Lerato was even less interested in Fran in solving my complaint, so I am not sure what her job even is. I was told the owner of the Pressed in time businesses was overseas with no return date. The worst service i have ever received, disgusting treatment of a customer with absolutely no accountability at all. DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL!!!!!!
