Pressed in time Eco Boulevard

For the past 6 months, I’ve visited this branch twice weekly because it’s convenient. The ladies there are always very friendly. I had also recommended this place to some of my colleagues. About 2 months back I dropped off my laundry and requested if they could please hang my dress instead of folding it, just for that particular day, as I had an event that evening and planned on wearing it. They usually wash, fold and iron my belongings. The ladies were kind enough to do that. Fast forward to a couple weeks later, I visited the branch to drop off my laundry as usual. I left the store and went to a nearby store to grab some lunch. Whilst I was there a lady approached me, I had no idea who she was! After asking my name, she took me by surprise by going on a complete rant about her hangers. She was extremely rude and stated “if you want your clothes to be hanged then you need to bring your own hangers because I pay for these hangers”. At this point I was completely startled, I had no idea who this arrogant, poor excuse of a woman was, or what she was going on about. She mentioned the names of the ladies that work at the laundry place and then I figured that she might be the owner. I was utterly disgusted by her conduct and manner of approach. It was so embarrassing! She had zero respect for herself, or for someone that has been a client to that branch for months. In that moment, I just wanted her to get away from me because her behaviour was so disgraceful. I told her that I had requested for a hanger once and assumed it was already included in the cost as I had no issue paying for it. I stopped engaging with her after that because she was so disrespectful and harsh! After getting her away from me, I immediately went back to the store and requested for my laundry back, and for a refund. I was not comfortable with leaving my personal belongings there. I refuse to continue to support a business when the owner speaks to their clients in such a disgusting manner. Her approach was extremely creepy!! The ladies that work there were not even shocked or surprised by her conduct after I explained to them what had just happened and requested for my laundry back. Will definitely not be going back.
