Pressed in Time- damages clothes
Pressed in Time damaged two items of clothing by causing inkstains when they washed them. The branch admits it was negligent but claims that the offending pen was in the pocket of another item of my clothing.

They offered an arbitrary R420 of compensation for the damaged items without any regard for the value of the damaged items (cost was R1500, replacement would be more). This offer was made as take it or leave it as a credit against future laundry costs, so not even a real cost to them.

They have no interest in the value of the items or the customer's dissatisfaction. The head office is toothless and allows its franchisees to treat customers badly.

Be wary of Pressed in Time, they damages clothes and have no regard for the value of the damages items.
