Pressed In Time damages and lack credibility

One of our items of clothing was given to someone else but in their words it was ok, as it was friends of theirs, at which point upon asking they had still not contacted them to retrieve the item. Thereafter my brand new satin dress was also sent there for dry cleaning. Upon collection I found that they had placed staples, metal pieces as well as sewing pins through the exterior areas of the dress, creating visible holes, as well as damaged the diamante embellishment on the dress. Not mention that the soft satin sleeves were now crinkled and not soft and smooth as was delivered. The handling of this was poorest at best, being hung up on by "owner" Sarah who "didn't know what to do". After which no further contact was made with me to rectify the situation but rather with my partner instead, demanding the +-R170 payment for dry cleaning of a dress that they had damaged. Sent a mail with images explaining the scenario to their head office as they are a large franchise. Not one phone call nor voice or mail message in response. Clearly dictating that the client is not important at a local branch or head office level. Neither were belongings that we entrusted with them. No care, concern or professionalism here.
