Poor Service

<p>Hi </p> <p>I am not happy with the service i am getting as i took my couch covers in for them to dye a darker colour first it came out purple if i knew that they are going to buy the dye from Wes Pack i could have done it myself now i have no couch covers it has now been 2 months that i have been waiting and i have to ask what the progress is i need a solution are they going to pay me for the couch covers so i can have new ones made.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks </p>
