Overpriced and poor quality

I was over charged for the 3 items I handed in for alterations. The price lists that sit on the counters show the price in black and white as R70. When I collected I was charged R85 per item. when I queried, I was told the boss put the prices up and they just work with whats on the system. Complete disregard for the CPA. In addition the zips I got back did not match what I handed in. Instead I got industrial grade, large zips that do not work with the items. I dont understand how a business can operate without any care for the customer.
