New Red Ruth Branch disrespects clients

Pressed in Time New Red Ruth Disrespects Customers We had the most disgusting service at Pressed in Time in New Red ruth Alberton. We sent in 3 brides**** dresses to be dry cleaned and 1 of the dresses came back burned. I requested that the stresses be steamed due to the material however, the dress that came back burned was ironed (this lead to it being burnt and displaying shiny lines on the dress) when the dress was taken back to Pressed in Time, the lady who did the dress said no instruction was given to her and that the dress is fine, the owner just stood by and did not say a word. Then the lady who did the dress started shouting at us (the clients) saying that the dress is fine and that we are stupid and this dress is cheap stuff. The lady was swearing at us so when we took out our phones to record this disrespect, she started to walk away. The owner just gave us our items and told us to leave as they don't want any trouble, refusing to get involved and help the PAYING client.

They are not assisting with the refund for the damaged dress and the owner was not interested in resolving the issue.

We have never experienced such disgusting behavior before. There was absolutely no respect towards the client. This is a disgusting way to run a business and i would not recommend anyone going there for dry cleaning. Apparently they are not experts since they don't know how to deal with certain materials (which is supposedly their expertise)
