HORRIBLE service and rude owner.

Actually one star is still to much. Worst experience and service EVER.

Gave in 12 curtain drops for dry cleaning, NOT what happened. I was not told the procedure, and not given an indemnity to sign. They just threw my very expensive curtains into a washing machine, it shrunk by about 15cm, is not clean at all.

TO TOP Everything i only received 11 curtains back! So im sitting with a window with only one curtain, and the reply i got when i went there is i must have lost it.

The owner is rude and super unprofessional, not once has she tried to rectify the situation when i sent her a mail explaining the situation, rather immediately blamed me that i left happy and she can't be held responsible for anything.

I left happy because everything was packed neatly in plastic i had NO IDEA what was waiting on me, SHORT DIRTY curtains, and ONE MISSING curtain.

I paid R4500 to have one less, 11 short and dirty curtains. Please do yourself a favor NEVER use Pressed in Time Montana.
