Horrible experience with theft of my brand new jackets from Pressed In Time Dry Cleaners

I travelled to the USA recently and bought some fine, expensive and formal jackets for work. Upon arriving in Johannesburg, I handed some of the jackets to Pressed In Time for dry cleaning. I was shocked when I went to collect my jackets and sissy boy jeans. I was told that the jackets were ******. Just like that. No apology given or never a phone call to let me know of the theft before I wasted my time to go and fetch them. I then went on to contact the manager called Morgan, very useless and high tempered, arrogant person. To date, he has not apologized to me or even called me back to update me on his findings. I have always been the one calling and chasing and following up. In my opinion, Pressed in Time Laundry mart together with Super Kleen dry cleaners are ******** and *******. They check and ***** client suits and jackets either for themselves or for sale. Watch out for these ********! For these broad day light *******. Disgusting human beings with horrible customer car service and arrogant Nombuso at the front desk who lies through her teeth when I can see that she is the one who stole my jackets.
