Damaged Curtains Pressed in Time Bellairs

I am completely and absolutely shocked that this company is allowed to run and service peoples treasured goods. I in trusted my curtains which has block out attached to the curtains to Pressed in Time in Bellairs and explained to them that they need to be very careful with the block out as it is very expensive. Not only did they damage the block out, my curtains came back wet and stained! I am absolutely disgusted and shall take this further. I asked for the manager to come and look at the damages but she decided not to pitch and now is avoiding all my calls. I had to pay R1300 for this service and nothing has been done to rectify this bad situation.
