damaged clothes, rude manager, useless head office

if you like a manager to be rude, your clothes damaged and an owner and head office that pretends complaints don't exist, then Pressed in Time is the laundry service provider for you. Following a previous complaint over damaged clothes which was eventually resolved, the manager decided to be as difficult as possible, in person and writing heavy handed notes about problems that never existed before. The final straw was when they managed to get a white stain on expensive navy shorts. The manager wrote a note denying responsibility (as if they would not have noticed if the stain was there before they washed it), the owner and toothless head office simply ignore complaints. I wonder if they will ignore a letter from an attorney, we'll soon find out
