Angry and dissatisfied

Hi dropped off my long black winter jacket at your New Redruth branch in Alberton. This was last year June. When I went back to fetch my jacket they couldn’t find it went back for more than 2 months being told they still looking for it. After 3 months I was told to give them a receipt or quote for the jacket so they can claim from their insurance. To date I haven’t been refunded or helped by them. Each time I go to the store I’m told stories and that I should return after 2 weeks. Now the guy is ignoring my calls and emails. Please kindly assist me with a way forward been doing this for a while and I’m not sure what to do.
