Beware, this dry cleaner will damage your property and then ignore the incident!

Pressed in Time Hobart Centre should receive a -1. I had the most ********** experience, I sent in my Beige Forever New Jacket in July 2023 for a cleaning, when I collected it, the fur trim on the hat of the jacket was damaged as if it had been burnt to look like steel wool.

I took the jacket back which I was advised they were able to fix it, I was then sent a piece of fur to replace the damaged trim, which did not match the jacket’s fur at all. I was displeased with the solution offered and requested that management call me. I made numerous calls and numerous visits to this franchise, I left my number and details for the store owner to call me, this failed to occur.

My jacket was in their possession for 8 months with the issue being unresolved!! Until I collected it two weeks ago only to find the detachable trim had been removed and not returned.

1. My expensive jacket has been damaged; 2. The detachable trim removed and not returned; 3. I had already paid for the dry cleaning service only to be out of pocket with the costs of my jacket, dry cleaning costs and not having the use of my jacket throughout winter last year.

Appalling service, total disregard for customers property!
