Terrible Service at Pressed in Time, Bryanston

Found there were three items missing from our laundry when we opened the parcels collected from Pressed in Time at Hobart Grove, Bryanston. When we alerted the staff in person, the lady handling the query said she we could investigate but insisted that the articles were marked in their book as having been collected and they don't have the items in the shop. So, after a few days my wife calls to see whether they had investigated and the same lady was talking in a raised angry voice saying they don't have the items. When told we double checked and were certain the items were not in the parcels collected, she simply cut the call. I then called as I'm the one who had left the laundry and also was there when the collected laundry parcels were opened. She also raised her voice and cut the call. Now they have blocked my phone. The rude and vicious reaction if staff to us enquiring about missing items was shocking. The items might not be expensive ones but as pensioners we can't afford replacement costs when one takes things to the laundry I do not recommend that laundry to anyone who needs service and return of all their items
