Unresolved estate

My file was opened in June 2022 when I requested help with my parents estate and selling their house. The file was opened by phindile mbatha I was then transferred to sindiswa who assisted with the sale and transfer of the house swiftly and I was really happy as she communicated regularly even with the smallest update stars to her then when the winding of the estate had to be attended the file was then moved to fikile who never communicated with me since. Thos was June to December when I called and was told my file is now handled by Thandi zaba without any notification I requested regular update which was in vain. I kept requesting advances between 2022 December till they run out last yr April 2024 and have complained time and again about the non communication from Thandi instead I have to call regularly to get an update since 2023 she has been giving me the same story that she's waiting for the masters court to grant approval for the final act of the winding of the estate but she never calls or email yet keeps promising to update me up till now the estate is still hanging the last time I got to speak to Thandi was last year 2024 late November still with the same response that she checking with the masters it has been 2 full year and the matter is still not resolved worse when I email and request to speak to preshnee she's never available nd never respond to any email or call back. Since last November I have called and left messages for Thandi she has never called back. At one point I even threatened to escalate to the law society but still my matter is hanging. The sale of the house was concluded and their services was paid actually deducted from the amount made on the sale same as the service for winding estate has been fully paid nd they say my funds have run out even though I had to request for a statement after every advance I requested I only received one statement. I'm not understanding what's the holdup as the winding service is paid up but matter not resolved. I'm really unhappy about their unprofessional service.
