No Regard for their Clients

The worst, they make promises to communicate but you have to follow up on them, funds got paid last year October into the my mother's late Estate until today they always have an excuse, they have no interest in their clients, it's been way over six months, and they say they are still waiting for the Master of the high court to give them a go ahead to do some advert. You call and they don't respond, you have to at least send two of the same email for them to respond. They don't mind telling you that your file has been moved to another department, absolutely pathetic and unsatisfactory. They are quite *********** going on about how these things take time.
