Law Firm Unable to Implement Court Verdict

I have submitted a case in March 2019 and the matter is still pending to be resolved even after the court has made a judgment in our favor in 2020. The attorney from this law firm also called PGA has not even contacted us for six months now we don't know what the progress is since they promised to finalise the matter this year in May. The worst thing is that no one ever takes the initiative to just update us on any progress, all these years we keep calling FNB law on call to lay complaints and then they promise to follow-up but thereafter we do not hear any progress unless we try call again as the attorneys handling the matter cannot even be contacted. Their office number is not being answered or they promise to get back to you and don't.

I am very disappointed with the law firm used and want FNB to take accountability as this is ruining the reputation of the bank.
