Don't Use Preshnee Govender Attorneys. You will REGRET it!!!

We were referred to this law firm by the High Court in Johannesburg to assist with my mother's estate back in 2022. The first person to deal with the estate was Fikile Mbatha and was all of a sudden handed over to Phindile. The next time I enquired to get an advance on the estate the lawyer is now Sindiswa. In 2024 the file was transferred back to Phindile who is never available,always sick or in one meeting or another... You speak to multiple people over the phone and even when you go to the office they lie about the lawyer not being there even though you can see them in plain sight. There is no response to emails and the bad attitude that you received when you have questions is inhumane. I was at their office on the 27th of February to get an advance to pay for rent for the place we had to move into because they wanted to sell the house and gave us 5 days to move. They are aware that I am unemployed and have been in that situation since 2022,I have 3 kids and a wife and now we are on the verge of being kicked out because of no rent being paid. I asked for an advance and I was told that the director is overseas and cannot approve any payments until the end of the month,we are 2 month's behind on rent because of them and I am tired of being patient and understanding. They never have a tangible answer as to when they will settle the estate it's always the court's fault or the hospital that is taking time to respond to the case. This needs to end and I need this settled before the end of the month or I will continue to post on all social media platforms or escalate this even further. These people don't care!
