Showers are always cold, the place is filty, cleaning staff is rude, laundry lady doesnt open on time, computer labs are not open 24/7 so false adverti*****t from their side, poor wifi, kitchen too small for more than 500 residences, they only have less than 20 stoves and less than 10 microwaves, leaking showers all the time, hard beds, you would swear you sleeping on top of wood, complaints are not taken seriously, most students funded by NSFAS live here, so if you are looking for a place to stay, come here at your own risk, we have tried everything, from protesting, to reporting to the university, Nelson Mandela University, but our cries fall on deaf ears
