Their agent Bethel Mpofu is a *****, **** and a *****. This guy ****med me R15k for an apartment. On the 14th of May he took for viewing for an apartment around Fourways, I cant mention the complex’s name. All communication was through WhatsApp messages including time for viewing, the details of the vehicle he is driving etc. When I got to the complex he sent 2 expired codes for access at the security gate, until the securities asked him to come fetch me at the gate. Rightly so he came, and took me in for viewing. Everything went smooth and told him I would take the apartment, and continued communicating via WhatsApp using and sent me the application forms, I filled them, signed and paid deposit of R7500 as requested using the banking details he provided on the forms/lease agreement. Then in the 1st of this month(June) I then settled the remaining of R7500 as monthly rental and had already packed my stuff and organised a truck to transport everything to the new place. On my way to the complex I was still in contact with Bethel Mpofu and said he will be at the complex in 5 minutes as he was on his way to get the keys to the apartment from his office, and that was the last I heard from him and the number was no longer available and he blocked me on whatsapp. Little did he know that I had his other number, probably the legit number that “everyone from his business knows”. As I was left stranded at the gate of the complex and homeless, one estate agent helped and arranged access for me inside the complex so that I can meet with the management there and see what they can do to help. They called Bethel using the legit number l and well the very same person that took me for viewing showed up and the ***** even denied and **** that he doesn’t know me and we never met before. Fortunately for me, and for him unfortunately one security guy that was on duty the Saturday he took me in for viewing was on duty and present when Bethel claimed that he never met me. When he realised that he’s caught he later claimed that someone impersonated him. Bethel Mpofu and Premier Real Estate are ***** and ********.
