Another colossal failure by Premier Estate
Yet ANOTHER COLOSSAL FAILURE by this Bethel chap who services Randburg properties using a plumber from Centurion who had no clue what geyser problem he was dealing with. You can't be that unprofessional to bring your Zim friends because they give you cold drink money for giving them business because otherwise why bring someone that far when Randburg has plenty 24 hour emergency service providers? This, is the worst situation. At 22:09 a hot water pipe burst 11 hours after the Centurion plumber graced the property in the morning to check why we had no hot water since WEDNESDAY NIGHT. It took a Randburg 24 hour emergency plumber to fix the situation. Premier real estate, you are a continuous 0

Bethel Mpofu great service delivered as his new clients🙏
Hi , I had an excellent Real Estate Agent, By the Name of Bethel Mpofu who made sure that we were sorted A.S.A.P with moving into our new home in Bryanston. The Apartment was clean and sorted any nitty gritties, he kept constant communication with regards to documentation that needed signing and everything. We moved in very well , no stresses everything was smooth, like the house and all things that needed fixing with communication with the landlord was sorted within in 3 days after moving so happy for that. Bethel Made sure to take care us and we appreciate it , he really cares about his clients and has great professional skills , we appreciated his patience🙏

Non-responsive to attend to emergencies after hours
I'm an occupant in the main house of a subdivided property living with 3 other tenants in the property and its 3 units. The landlord introduced Premier Real Estates as the property manager and announced she's handing over every aspect of managing the property to Bethel Mpofu. The property has submeters of prepaid vouchers installed in each unit. The master metee which powers the whole house is positioned in the laundry for everyone to access it whenever it requires refill. It's the landlord's responsibility to recharge the main meter. This Mpofu chap since taking over management of the property has failed to recharge the electricity. I knew from his response in the WhatsApp group when he was introduced that he's going to be an unreliable person. He was quick to announce a disclaimer that he doesn't take calls after hours unless there's an emergency. I am spending the weekend with my grandchild. I guess it's not emergency enough that warrants action from him and the landlord clearly! As I'm writing this, power went off due to depleted master prepaid unit. Bethel Mpofu has totally ignored my calls. As you can imagine, there's nothing to use to warm the baby's milk. I've had to feed a 3 month old baby cold milk because Mpofu and the landlord just don't care to be professional and decent to treat us with respect according to the rights of tenants enshrined in the Housing Act. Poor client service, only loyal to landlords, disregards tenants' rights
Mpofu left a Randburg grandmother with an infant baby without electricity all night in a subdivided property where the master voucher is solely purchased by him/landlord. More than 10 direct calls were made but all declined. Non responsive to WhatsApp messages despite showing 2 ticks for delivery confirmation. Such cruel inhumane treatment should not be tolerated anywhere on earth!

Heartless, Unreliable, Utterly Unprofessional
Bethel Mpofu declined all calls during emergency as a result of his failure to purchase electricity for the property.

Premier Real Estate - amazing people to work with
I stayed in the unit for a full year and had a great experience. The place was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Bethel was always helpful and incredibly quick to respond, even after my lease ended, he still assisted me with everything I needed. I only moved out because of work; otherwise, I could have stayed forever. I really appreciated his professionalism and support. I would definitely recommend Bethel to anyone looking for a reliable and accommodating agent
