My partner and I met Bethel in late 2020 when we were looking for an apartment

My partner and I met Bethel in late 2020 when we were looking for an apartment. He got us just want we wanted and we’ve been staying at the property ever since. Bethel is a great communicator and he is always available when needed. If something needs fixing, he would make sure that the problem is fixed within a reasonable short period of time. Bethel is so good that we asked him to manage our property in Fourways. He found us a tenant and he has been handling all the management issues from collecting monthly rent payments from our tenant to attending to our tenants requests. This has given us peace of mind. Bethel is doing a fantastic job so far. No complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend him. 10/10
