Was checking for cancellation booking in December/January 2024, knowing it is a peak period. Desiree placed me on a waiting list. She always was in contact with me. At time would phone the call centre and leave a message to call me back. She always returned my calls. Was very excited when she called to inform, there was a cancellation booking at Margate Sands.
