Unable to Cancel Membership

Unable to get hold of anyone to cancel my membership. I have sent two emails over the last week to both the accounts and queries email address, which does not get answered. So I phoned Customer Support. However the Customer Support simply said I must send an email to queries before they can help me with anything. So what now?

Since my husband passed away, I can no longer afford this luxury. This was registered on my late husband's company name which doesn't even exist anymore.

I want to give notice on this membership, to stop any future payments. Please urgently assist.
