Just don’t do business with them. I informed the I want to cancel my membership September last year and comp**** with all the requirement as per the contract signed but the are yet to cancel it. I called and followed up and was told I have to pay the current year’s fees whilst I had fulfilled my end of the cancellation process as per the contract last year and when I refused they started making negative inputs on my credit record. Sent emails to query, which they just ignore. This has to be the sh*ttiest company in the country. Absolute *******
