Scrupulous ******

I paid such a lot of money to this company and when I wanted to book for a holiday they still asked me for an arm and a leg and could never explain to my satisfaction what this money was for. When I wanted to cancel and asked for my money to be refunded they point blank refused and never gave me a penny. I still cancel, never been on holiday not even once but I paid almost R30 000.00. Would be nice to get a refund with interest of course. I don't recommend anyone to use them unless they can redeem themselves first.
