Refusal to cancel contract / Misleading people

I have been a member of Flexiclub for about 15 years. In January while on holiday in Ballito I was contacted by Premier Private Resorts. Their consultant and Manager Wian at their offices in La Montagne promised us that we will not battle to get 5 star accommodation if we revert to PPR. I purchased more points and reverted to PPR. Needless to say , the first time I tried to book 5 star accommodation<br> they could not give me the place where I wanted to go or the time when it suited me to go. As long as you go where they want to place you and the time it suits them, it is fine with them. Another request was for a flexi weekend at Ngwena Lodge for Febr 2015 , my boyfriend had to go to Marloth Park for work. I also couldn't find accommodation there. They phoned me in March to offer me a weekend at Ngwena lodge for June. Now they cant understand that I am saying that I cant get accommodation because they offered place in June. I didn't want accommodation in June but in Febr. <br> <br> I tried to cancel my contract ,but they just refuse. My reason for the request is that they are misleading the people by saying that PPS only have 5 star resorts but their website shows a different picture.
