Rebooking made really easy

We had to rebook our timeshare week at Wilderness dunes due to a medical issue requiring wheelchair access. Desiree Rajkumar in the PPR office was an absolute star in finding alternative dates with suitable accommodation and walked me through the cancellation and rebooking process really efficiently. She certainly made me smile today.
