Private Premier is a ****

****!! ****!! This company is a **** and I regret the day I signed up for this horrible service. They are never available on their call center, when you are lucky enough to get through you never get the help, they promise to call back with feedback and that doesn't happen. Terrible experience with this company, if there was an option of zero I would give. This company will lure you with these discounts prior to you signing up. We signed up 2021 and we have been actively paying towards our contract. Challenge is when they see that you are close to completing your 18 month payment term, that's when issues start coming. We've been religiously paying since March 2021 and last year we started receiving statements with unpaid amounts and negative balances, they continue to debit us but the funds are not accounted for.
