Poor service

Ppr they only tell you what they need you to hear At first they never told me that I was taking a loan but now am unable to apply for a loan due to the reason that the bank says am still owing premier private resorts money that they never gave me. I've been requesting for payed up later for my second account (club leisure) which I don't know of, till today I haven't received anything and am indeed of a loan for emergency reasons.
