Pathetic service delivery

This company is the most pathetic company! How they are even still able to operate and continue to take people's money is beyond me! If anyone is ever on holiday at a resort on your own accord DO NOT afford the representatives from this company an opportunity to speak to you about "this amazing venture" all they do is lie! Though the law says sales rep must be held liable and accountable for everything they say to the potential client, with this company do not even try! I've been emailing continuously for my balance to terminate this contract it's been two weeks and to date no response and I've emailed accounts, queries and even reservations to try and see if I would obtain any joy but nothing! Based on the reviews it's evident this company does NOT respond when you intend canceling but if you stop your debit order it will impact on your credit score! This company is the most pathetic company I've ever dealt with! If there's anyone looking to join this company DON'T rather just enjoy your holiday on your own accord!!
