No Bookibgs available at Premier Private Resort

We were told by the consultants at Premier Private Resort that the online bookings open on the 15th of December for Club Mykonos. With no opening of bookings on the online system I send numerous emails with screen shots as proof. A Manager will phone you mam.!!?

Every night at 12h00 I sat checking for the bookings to open for 20 Dec 2024 to 3 Jan 2025. Nothing.Nothing Nothing is open. Aventually I had about 2 or 3 calls back just to say all booked out . A manager will get back to you mam!!?Still waiting. How is this possible if the online bookings aren't open but its already full. O wow.!! must say I got a week but a smaller unit just to keep me quiet. And now have to pay a admin fee because customer service helped me. I am not paying that it's.Not my fault the system is a mess.

Last year we had exactly the same problem.

Still waiting for a Manager to phone me.
