My bank account was debited on monthly basis as per the contract however since March 2023 my credit report indicates that my annual fees are in arrears and also indicated that I'm paying R16000 per.month towards annual fees whereas I was debited R930.00 per month..I then decided to settle the account and was informed that my credit profile will be updated accordingly. To date my credit records still indicates that I'm in arrears with R16900, however my accident is settled in full and also on their statement it reflects zero. It's almost months now without my credit profile being updated. I've sent numerous emails and 25 calls whereby accounts dept consultants claimed my query has been escalated and will get feedback from their supervisor who will then call back...it's almost 2 months now without any feedback for my credit records being updated accordingly and I'm negatively affected with my credit score as if.my expenses are.more than my income and also.im not paying my accounts.
