At first I was happy when they introduce ppr to me, telling myself that finally I can go to whatever resort or hotel that I want at an affordable price unlike some travel agencies, it only turned out as a nightmare when trying to make a loan at capitec I've been told that I'm in arrears with ppr, I mean I was so surprised cause no one has told me that this is going to run as a loan, I never thought that it will affect my credit score so bad. please assist me cause my reputation is at stake here, I can't make loans and the saddest part is that the membership is also suspended, had I known that it's loan of which I didn't even receive the money ,I wouldn't have not taken it, please make me understand how come this act as loan whereas the was no money received from you, and the worst part is that, there are 2 accounts club leisure and premier private resort, make me understand please. 😢
