Good day, please assist with the cancelation of my membership since I request cancelation on the 4th of June until today nothing has been done, always when I call them, I'm told that my account is listed for cancelation but until now nothing has been done,I mean how long does it take to cancel a membership, clearly someone is not doing their job,
