Impossible to cancel the contract.

I joined this club in April, then a month later I got all the documents about this product and I realized that I was misled about the product then I tried to highlight this concern to them with the hope that we will find a solution but instead I was sent from pillar to post then eventually wanted a cancellation. That's where the problem started, they started to ignore my calls and also my emails then after few months they decided to give me attention and mind you they still debiting my account every month. I am now told that if I want to cancel I need to pay close to R15k what nonsense is this and instead of cancelling they now increased the monthly premium. This is a pure **** people please don't fall for this, they target us when we were on holiday in Dbn knowing very well that we will miss some of their fine prints and we were promised 2 nights away for free and that was also a lie because 6 months later we still don't have the voucher. It is impossible to cancel this contract with them and we so frustrated.
