IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL

Please refrain from signing up any memberships these guys are impossible to cancel and seriously shady. Im trying to cancel my membership i have paid up my annual fees and even my monthly fees, I was contacted by them stating my cancellation will be approved in a month and will be issued a confirmation letter from management. My question is why does management need to approve my cancellation if my fees are paid up and i have not even gotten my points yet .When trying to call them the calls are ended and nobody answers.SHADY
