I need help to cancel my primer private resorts account

I've been a happy member of primer private resorts since 2020 everything was going well until became finally strained and decided to cancel my membership this year in May 2023. I emailed my first membership cancelation letter to primer private resorts in May to which they never responded, emailed them again in June and they called and asked me settle all the outstanding balances on my account before 30th July 2023 and resend a cancelation letter once I've payed all outstanding balance then my membership would be cancel. On 25th July 2023 I settled the outstanding amount which was R2509, 74 and send the cancelation letter as requested. I then called premier private resorts and they confirmed that all is well and my account will be canceled within 30 days and the scheduled debit orders have been removed from my account. They are still debiting my account to date and when I call they ask me to send another cancelation letter and I have sent them seven cancelation letters to date and they still haven't closed the account. Now the account is reflecting on experian as in areas since may 2022 for the points account which I settled on 30 May 2022 and unpaid monthly installments for August and September 2023 for the annual levy account after which I have settled on 25 July 2023. Premier Private resorts is deliberately damaging my credit score and they don't care how their actions are affecting me because they are not doing anything to clear my name on experian. When I send emails they don't respond and when I call the tell me to send proof of payment with yet another cancelation letter. Help me canceled the account and clear my credit record please
