DONOT BUY Premier Private Resorts / First Group Resorts

Warning Avoid these at all costs!! Worst hospitality timeshare groups. Premier Private Resorts, First- Resort Groups actually ZERO-Class Service, should be LastChoice Total Disregard for Members, unresponsive to issues and no one has humility to apologise or resolve issues they create, no mgmt availability.. Management /directors do you have any idea how bad your service and treatment of your members are or perhaps hiding is your way of not Having to know or deal with issues.

See how you feel to be informed you two days before flying out that they can’t accommodate you at your confirmed resort ..then speaking to 6 different agents and end up chasing them countless times with no one able to sort out your issue. Then you get allocated to a substandard resort with ****roach infestation and then being unable to reach anyone and after emailing complaints and having to sort yourselves out with other accommodation and requesting reimbur*****t.. not a single email response from anyone ..only agents who have no power with no management escalation or support to sort out any issues.. Shame on You.. ‘

Better off with making your own arrangements via Booking.com or lekkerslaap or afristay… cost only same cost or less than your own user charge for a far better experience
