Bookings

Unable to make a booking in North West (Bakubung) on the website for September 2022. Cannot put it on my whislist, and cannot make the booking via phone. Have called and send emails, with no help at all. They tell me the Resort haven't release the dates and tell me to call later (been calling from August). On the website it seems there is nothing available for August 2022 or September 2022. Is it worth paying the levies any longer, or for that matter buy points? Cash holidays are the same as bookings with points. What is the use to buy points? Very dissipointed
