Booking denied after confirmation received

Colin Cloete made a booking yesterday 18 July 2022 after receiving an email of 67% discount for any date in this year. Email was send to book and confirmation email to say booking has been confirmed was received from Premier Private Resorts few minutes after making the booking but today 19 July we called the following number *** to request the invoice then the staff said we never send an email, we never phoned and they never send any email back to us. we tried calling again and all of a sudden the phone number is not working. Is this Resort for real or are they just out there to take people for a ride?
