Hi after all the waiting finally someone came to my rescue, a lady by the name of prabashin Naidoo heard my cry and help me canceling my membership however I'm not okay with the cancelation as I needed this membership, wholeheartedly, hopefully one day I will become a member again, I only realize how important was this membership to me. All I'm waiting now is 21 days for my name to be removed from the itc database ,all thanks to prabashin.
