African Advance card and Braamfin personal loans

Things have been going well for a while but suddenly there is something weird going on. I made a payment on my account on 21 October and sent proof, which they acknowledged. This payment is not reflecting on my statement and after numerous phone calls querying this, they deducted the full balance from my bank account. I have written several e-mails to various addresses but still have no closure. It seems like Braamfin personal loans and African Advance are the same company. I know this is a serious statement but I am suspecting foul play as both these websites have stopped working.
