Preloved Fit Gear -Beware of Paid for goods never received, or refunded

I ordered a Concept 2 rower from their website. I was invoiced 15999 R and submitted payment. They emailed me to say delivery would be communicated in 5-7 days. I made the purchase in the beginning of May. I have NOT received the rowing machine. Many emails have been sent to them. They finally sent me a POP from their bank. However, my refund was never deposited into my FNB account. Preloved asked me for documentation from FNB. I sent a 30-day account transaction record to prove I never received the funds. No refund, no rowing machine. Beware.
