Preloved Fit Gear -Beware of Paid for goods never received, or refunded
I ordered a Concept 2 rower from their website. I was invoiced 15999 R and submitted payment. They emailed me to say delivery would be communicated in 5-7 days. I made the purchase in the beginning of May. I have NOT received the rowing machine. Many emails have been sent to them. They finally sent me a POP from their bank. However, my refund was never deposited into my FNB account. Preloved asked me for documentation from FNB. I sent a 30-day account transaction record to prove I never received the funds. No refund, no rowing machine. Beware.

Highly professional and transparent
Their knowledge of fitness equipment is exceptional, and their expert guidance helped me choose exactly what I needed and not what I thought I needed. They are highly professional, transparent, and clearly care about their customers’ goals and budgets. I felt confident in every recommendation they made and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

Impressed With the Quality and Service
I recently got a refurbished rower from Preloved Fitgear, and I must say, it feels just as good as the fancy new ones in big stores, but without the hefty price tag. It operates smoothly, looks fantastic, and the solid warranty really shows they stand behind their products—unlike some big brands that disappear after taking your money.
