Terrible and unprofessional and should not be open

Absolutely shocking service no one answers the ozone have tried to call more than 9 times in the last half hour and no answer. My car has been there for more than 3 and a half weeks and still not done. Renew it had my previous car with more damage and it was done within 2 weeks Absolutely disgusted and angry and disappointed!!! Will not recommend them ever to anyone
