So unprofessional and empty promises

I just had the worst experience ever at Precision Auto Spray in Willows Pretoria East. When I left my car they promised me that they would call and send a driver to pick me up. I later called to check if my car and the driver are ready to pick me up and they said there are no drivers available, so I said I would come. I then requested an Uber and went there only to find them closed and their rude security guard chasing me away like a dog. Why couldn’t they tell me that if I get there any minute later than 5pm I wouldn’t get my car? What happened to the driver they promised to send me? Those people really messed up my afternoon, had to then get an Uber again to go back home which was another expense
